Do you guys remember the Great Pumpkin? Ha! Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday of the year! And with it being right around the corner, I've been thinking back on my favorite Halloweens and coming up with fun things to plan. Every year when I was little, the Charlie Brown Halloween special would always play at least twice in the month of October. Linus would sit in a pumpkin patch all night on Halloween "waiting for the great pumpkin". Unfortunately, I don't think he ever saw it!
He would have had a better time of it if he woulda visitied this fun event! Thad Starr has won himself his second World Pumpkin Weigh-off record. He entered a giant pumpkin in the contest that turned out to weigh a whopping 1,528 pounds! Holy Moly!
Pumpkins are a classic part of this awesome holiday. So if you haven't picked yours out yet, get moving! :-) Here's a fun site with all sorts of pumpkin carving tips for kids, from National Geographic Kids. A totally fun family activity.
Speaking of kids. . .is it me or is the picture above adorable!? Ha.. the little guy looks like he doesn't even know there's a giant pumpkin behind him. You know how those monster pumpkins just "creep up" sometimes. The only thing that could make this picture better is if we gave little dude a boys clothes makeover. Why dress plainly through the best season ever, when there are fun Halloween and seasonal boys clothing items at Red 21 boys? Boys clothing is ideal for all sorts of fun holiday prints, and Halloween is definitely not an exception. Check out this fun pumpkin kick print boys t-shirt!

Well guys, I gotta run! But be sure to take a look at that gigantor pumpkin article! It's amazing. This dude had to buy a TRAILOR just to haul it to the fair! And if that gives you inspiration, drop by the pumpkin carving site. Then grab some halloween boys clothing, and you and your gang are all set!
Have Fun. Play Hard.
